Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 award-winning veterinary hospital seeking experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care.

Veterinary Technician (ER/CC) – CVT/RVT/LVT | $30- $35/hr | $3,500 sign- on bonus
Location: Winchester, VA
Full-Time | 3x12s | Overnight shift 7pm - 7am
$30- 35/hr | $3,500 sign- on bonus | 10% - 15% shift differential

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts
7pm - 7am
Weekends and holidays as needed
Relief shifts available!

Licensed Veterinary Technician Responsibilities

Triage emergency patients
Assist DVMs with diagnostics and treatment plans
Perform laboratory testing (blood, urine, cytology)
Support imaging and patient monitoring
Perform and monitor anesthesia and sedation
Deliver high-quality patient and client care

Qualifications

Certified, Registered, or Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT)
Emergency or critical care experience preferred
Strong technical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment
