What You'll Do

As a Medication Aide, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate care while helping create a positive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting residents with self-administration of medications according to Virginia regulations

• Monitoring and documenting resident care accurately

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Communicating effectively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

• Supporting resident activities and engagement

• Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

• Delivering exceptional customer service and resident-centered care

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Current Virginia Medication Aide / Medication Technician Certification

✔ Minimum age of 18 years

✔ Ability to pass a criminal background screening

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
