We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead two units; Medical/Surgical and Pediatric, within our hospital. Position SummaryÂ
Reporting directly to the inpatient ACNO, the Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership across assigned units, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes, staff engagement, and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who inspires colleagues, builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships, and fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Lead and support nursing teams across two unitsÂ
Promote a culture of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered careÂ
Engage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve professional growth and retentionÂ
Drive change initiatives that improve workflows, efficiency, and clinical outcomesÂ
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to meet organizational goalsÂ
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and best practicesÂ
Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics effectivelyÂ
QualificationsÂ
Active RN license (BSNÂ required; MSN preferred)Â
Certification preferred or obtained within 2 years of hireÂ
Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Manager with proven leadership skillsÂ
Strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing. Â
Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build efficienciesÂ
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsÂ
Commitment to quality, safety, and patient experienceÂ

Pay Range:
$145,000.00 USD - $205,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.Â
