Job DetailsJob Location: Timbrook Honda of Winchester - Winchester , VA 22603Position Type: Full TimeWe are a fast-growing powersports dealership specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and outdoor equipment. We are committed to delivering top-tier customer service and keeping our customers riding. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for service customers Greet customers and accurately document service concerns Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs Review and close repair orders, including processing payments Promote maintenance services and upsell additional repairs when appropriate Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Other duties as assigned by management.
