Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team in Winchester, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance and profitability
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Ensure a high standard of customer service across all departments
Collaborate with department heads to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
Make critical decisions that align with the company's vision and values
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
