Weekend coverage: Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required; graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • Current certification for a Medical Assistant is required.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset.
  • Experience: New grads welcome; outpatient or multi-specialty clinic experience preferred.

Setting

  • Outpatient, float to 24 Highpoint clinics (primary care & specialties).

Schedule

  • Most sites 7 AM–5 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM some Mon–Sun.
  • PRN must work at least 1 shift every 90 days.

Training

  • Approximately 1 month of precepted multi-site training before independent shifts.
