Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will be expected to lead a team of production workers, manage production schedules, and ensure that quality standards are maintained. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of production workers to ensure that production targets are met
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing operations
- Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all production workers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with production planning and scheduling software (ERP such as Titan)
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment

- Ability to resolve complex customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Ability to focus on achieving goals and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Ability to ability to make informed, effective, and timely decisions
