The 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Candidates must be available to start on May 18 and participate through the duration of the program.

This internship is located at the Windom Manufacturing Plant in Windom, MN where our employees are dedicated to manufacturing high quality, reliable products for consumers around the world.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

  • Migrate our current audit system/database into new MES system.
  • Process documentation.
  • Assist with developing layered process audits.
  • Develop inspections procedures using Vuforia or similar technology.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with an ability to learn and apply new things
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving acumen
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CAD software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize based on due dates or importance
