What You’ll Do:

As a Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for coordinating service requests, prioritizing urgent calls, and ensuring technicians have accurate job details. You’ll update customers throughout the day, maintain organized records, and help create an outstanding customer experience.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in logistics and dispatching
• Competence in using multi-line phone systems and data entry tools
