Behind every strong program is a team that ensures our operations, compliance, and financial stewardship remain organized and accountable.  NCIA is seeking a highly organized and community-minded Administrative Assistant to support both our Adult Services and Finance teams. This position partners closely with senior leadership to ensure documentation, training, compliance requirements, and financial processes stay on track. Your attention to detail will help protect the quality of care we provide. Your coordination will allow our leaders to focus on serving the individuals and families who rely on us. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, and key deadlines for department leaders Track staff trainings, certifications, and compliance requirements Maintain Community Living rosters and essential program documentation Coordinate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) registrations Support financial document approvals and audit preparation Monitor recurring compliance and reporting timelines Provide backup administrative and front desk support as needed QualificationsQualified candidates will have an Associates Degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (healthcare, nonprofit, human services, or regulated environment preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shared document systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines with professionalism and accuracy Comfort navigating databases and adapting to new technology Clear written communication skills and collaborative mindset  Benefits That Support You At NCIA, we invest in the well-being and long-term success of our employees.
