Job Summary: 

 

Operations Administrator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company fleet and operations team.

 

Job Duties:

  • Maintain master file of fleet activity (approximately 250 vehicles) by updating database of purchases, sales, trades, registrations, maintenance and inspections.
  • Complete registrations, obtain and renew tags.
  • Forecast, coordinate and track the maintenance of all vehicles.
  • Monitor and provide monthly reports on performance, maintenance, usage, residual values, and fuel expenses by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Recommend new practices for the management of fleet.
  • Assist in the processing and reporting of all accident claims involving the fleet.
  • Monitor telematics services to ensure accurate GPS tracking and vehicle camera operation.
  • Assist in the distribution and collection of fleet related traffic violations and tolls.
  • Transporting fleet vehicles to and from service locations and dealerships as needed.
  • Perform annual vehicle inspections.
  • Provide guidance to drivers with fleet related questions and issues.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Very organized and detail oriented.
  • Have the ability to self-manage
  • Ability to analyze data and report results in useful manner to management.
  • Experience with fleet administration and automotive knowledge considered an asset.
  • Regular attendance on site is an essential function of the job.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
