It’s accountability. It’s impact. What You’ll Do As the Senior Grants Accountant, you will be the financial backbone of our VTC grants portfolio. You will Oversee the full lifecycle of grant accounting for federal, state, and private awards Build accurate grant setups that reflect budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements Monitor spending and trends to ensure funds are used responsibly and strategically Prepare billings, reimbursement requests, and financial reports that tell a clear and accurate story Maintain audit ready documentation and support Single Audit and SEFA preparation Serve as a trusted partner to program leadership, helping them understand financial requirements and make informed decisions Strengthen internal controls and contribute to process improvements that elevate our grants management practices Your work ensures that every grant dollar is used exactly as intended and that our programs can continue to change lives.
