Construction Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center
Location: Windsor, CO (Relocation or Travel Support) Compensation: Market-Leading Base + 20% Annual Bonus + Premium Per Diem Role Type: Permanent / Full-Time (On-Site 5 days/week)
The Opportunity
We are representing a National Powerhouse in Industrial Development and Construction currently executing a massive expansion into the Data Center sector. With a portfolio exceeding 90 million sq. ft., our client is the General Contractor on a flagship Hyperscale campus in Windsor, CO.
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent who thrives in high-velocity environments. This is not a "seat in the trailer" role; we need a proactive leader to manage field operations for a 127MW Phase 1 build, followed by an 18-month 90MW Phase 2. This firm is known for over-staffing its projects to allow its leaders the time to mentor staff and prepare for the 30+ upcoming hyperscale sites in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership: Direct all on-site construction activities, managing a diverse array of subcontractors and trade partners to ensure Phase 1 reaches its 2026 completion.
Schedule Ownership: Drive the daily "look-ahead" schedules, identifying critical path bottlenecks and coordinating trade sequencing to maintain maximum site productivity.
Tech-Native Supervision: Leverage Procore and 3D Rendering/BIM on-site to verify installations, resolve design clashes in the field, and maintain accurate daily logs.
Safety & Quality: Enforce a zero-compromise safety culture and high-spec quality standards typical of Tier III/IV mission-critical environments.
Team Mentorship: Lead and develop an "over-staffed" field team, acting as a mentor to Assistant Supers and Field Engineers to build a leadership pipeline for future national projects.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Proven track record as a Superintendent on Data Center, Mission-Critical, or Heavy Industrial projects.
Modern Toolset: You must be highly proficient with Procore and comfortable using 3D models in the field. We prioritize leaders who embrace technology to stay ahead of weekly industry shifts.
The "Hungry" Mindset: We are looking for high-energy professionals who are career-focused and want to grow into General Superintendent or Operations roles as the division expands.
Presence: 100% on-site role (5 days a week) in the Windsor, CO area.
