You will create personalized patient care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing. Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado. A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position. A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
