Job Function

The Product Manager Data Center USA is responsible for developing and managing a dedicated product and solution portfolio for the North American data center market, while supporting business growth, market intelligence, and product strategy.

Reports To

Global Head of Product Management.

Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Manage and grow the data center product portfolio for North America.
  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for the North American data center market.
  • Lead product lifecycle activities from new product development through launch and ongoing portfolio management.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support business growth.
  • Lead and support product development projects and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams globally.
  • Share technical and application knowledge across global teams.
  • Support UL certification efforts, technical documentation, training, and customer presentations.
  • Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience in product management, sales, marketing, and/or project management.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical power connectors, power systems, or UL standards preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global customer-focused environment.
  • English native speaker or similar level of language proficiency. Additional languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Additional Information

Physical Requirements:

  • Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment

Work schedule:

  • Hybrid schedule available following onboarding.
  • Based in Windsor, CA.
  • Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
