Project Administrator & Controls Coordinator

Location: Windsor, CO (On-site 5 days/week) Compensation: Competitive Base + 20% Annual Bonus Environment: 127MW Ground-Up Hyperscale Development

The Opportunity

We are representing a National Powerhouse in Industrial Construction acting as the General Contractor on a premier Hyperscale Data Center campus in Windsor, CO. With a national portfolio exceeding 90 million sq. ft., our client is currently executing a massive, multi-phase build-out for a global technology leader.

We are seeking a "tech-native" Project Coordinator to manage the operational and financial data for this flagship site. Because our client "over-staffs" their projects, you will have the support and mentorship needed to master our systems before potentially moving into a PM or Project Controls Lead role as we launch 30+ upcoming hyperscale sites across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procore Hub Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the project’s management software. Manage the high-speed flow of RFIs, Submittals, and Daily Logs to ensure the field teams are never waiting on documentation.

  • Ground-Up Document Control: Coordinate the distribution of massive sets of civil, structural, and MEP drawings. Ensure that all subcontractors are working from the most current 3D renderings and Revit-linked plans.

  • Financial Controls: Assist the Senior PM with "real-time" budget tracking. Manage the processing of subcontractor pay applications and track the cost impact of field changes against a 125MW+ project budget.

  • Vendor & Sub Coordination: Oversee subcontractor compliance (COIs, safety certifications, and contracts). Manage the onboarding process for a large, rotating workforce of trade partners.

  • Phase Transitioning: Lead the collation of data for the Phase 1 closeout (August 2026) while simultaneously setting up the controls and documentation for the Phase 2 (90MW) launch.

  • Dashboard Reporting: Generate weekly "Health Reports" for senior leadership, translating field data into clear metrics regarding schedule, budget, and risk.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Min 3+ years in Project Coordination. Experience in Ground-Up Industrial or Data Center builds is a significant plus.

  • Tech-Native Mindset: You must be highly proficient in Procore. We are looking for someone who loves digital workflows and can maintain a "clean" data environment under pressure.

  • The "Hungry" Factor: We value drive and career-focus. You should be an organized "chaser" who ensures every RFI and invoice is pushed through the system to completion.

  • Precision: In a 127MW build, small errors in document control can lead to massive field delays. High attention to detail is non-negotiable.

  • Presence: This is a 100% on-site role (5 days/week) in the Windsor, CO area.

The Package

  • Total Rewards: Competitive base salary + 20% Annual Bonus.

  • Core Benefits: 15 Days PTO, 401k with 3.5% match, and comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision for you and your family.
