We're looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at Windsor Family Dentistry in Windsor, Colorado. If you're passionate about patient care, enjoy working with an amazing team, and want unlimited earning potential, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Enjoy long weekends every week!

Compensation That Rewards Excellence

$56–$65/hour + uncapped performance bonuses

Our top-performing hygienists earn $80+ per hour.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license
• Local Anesthesia Permit
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Someone who genuinely cares about creating an exceptional patient experience
