Service Administrator (Onsite – Windsor, CT)

We’re hiring a highly organized Service Administrator to support daily operations at our Windsor, CT branch. Full‑time, onsite, and built for long‑term growth.

What You’ll Do

Support operations and dispatch, including answering calls and creating work orders
Maintain accurate notes and handle general office/administrative tasks
Assist with estimates and service documentation
Serve as a professional point of contact for customers
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Support the Branch Manager with operational improvements and new initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, service coordination, or office administration
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Team player who can also work independently
Must be 18+ with a successful background check and drug screen

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $25–$28/hr, based on experience
