Service Administrator (Onsite – Windsor, CT)
We’re hiring a highly organized Service Administrator to support daily operations at our Windsor, CT branch. Full‑time, onsite, and built for long‑term growth. 
What You’ll Do
  • Support operations and dispatch, including answering calls and creating work orders
  • Maintain accurate notes and handle general office/administrative tasks
  • Assist with estimates and service documentation
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Support the Branch Manager with operational improvements and new initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, or office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Must be 18+ with a successful background check and drug screen
