Direct Hire Occupational Therapist Role $50 to $60 per hour in Loveland, Colorado

  • $50-60/HR (Perm Direct Hire NOT a contract)

Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team providing occupational therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and restorative care for older adults and individuals with complex needs. This role offers meaningful patient impact, autonomy, and strong organizational support.

Requirements:
  • Accredited OT degree (OT/MOT/OTD)
  • Active Colorado OT license
  • One year of experience with frail or elderly populations preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply
  • EPIC EMR experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
  • Complete OT evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Provide acute, restorative, and maintenance therapy
  • Educate participants and caregivers on safety, exercises, and DME use
  • Document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality initiatives
