Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $41.73-$54.28 per hour in Loveland, Colorado

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our partner’s full-time team in the Loveland, Colorado area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:
  • Evaluate and treat program participants (older adult and geriatric) on acute, restorative, or maintenance levels of care.
  • Develop and integrate physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care (POC) as directed by physician orders.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, caregivers, and facility staff to promote safety, mobility, and independence.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education on therapy plans, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), and home exercise programs.
  • Supervise and delegate therapy interventions to PTAs and Rehab Aides in alignment with state regulations.
  • Conduct home visits and educational sessions as needed, documenting all care in participant records. This will be 10% of your time.

Key Requirements for the Physical Therapist:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active PT license in the state of practice.
  • 1+ year of experience working with the frail or elderly population (required).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in interdisciplinary care teams.

Compensation and Schedule for the Physical Therapist:
  • $41.73–$54.28/hr (compensation may vary depending on experience).
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
  • 10% local travel to participants’ homes and nearby facilities
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement).
