Job DetailsJob Location: Winnebago MN - Winnebago, MN 56098Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st ShiftEssential duties and responsibilities include, however are not limited to: • Operate Foam Rail machine • Monitor foam rail materials during production • Create different size materials based on proper molds • Assist in Physical Inventories • Complete daily Quality checks • Clean machine and maintain tools and dies • Assist in assignments given by Purchasing Supervisor and working with Material Handlers • All other duties as assigned QualificationsPhysical Effort: • Ability to drive forklift • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with breaktimes • Ability to bend or stoop for up to 4 hours a day • Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and equipment • Ability to work alone or with a team member Minimum Mental Effort, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to understand type and nature of essential job functions • Ability to understand necessary safety procedures and precautions • Ability to work overtime Recommended Training/Education • High school degree • Forklift license (training and certification provided) • Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant experience
