Summary, Role:Â Table Games Dealers facilitate the smooth operation of casino table games, ensuring each player understands the game and adheres to the rules, while also creating an enjoyable gaming environment for guests.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all gaming functions for the assigned table.
- Receiving and managing casino chips.
- Shuffling cards by hand or via the automated shuffle machine.
- Greeting customersÂ
- Exchange money for chips for players and make the appropriate change
- Monitor and assess player behavior for signs of cheating
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements (KSA’s)
- Customer service skills
- General understanding of various game table/card games
- At least one year’s experience dealing live games
Education, certificates:
Ability to obtain registration with NV Gaming Control
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
Physical requirements:
Standing for long periods at a time, up to 8 hours a day
