What You’ll Be Doing

● Command the Site: Oversee 1–2 residential roofing jobs per day from start to finish.

● Manage the Crews: Work directly with our subcontractor roofing crews to ensure every install meets elite brand standards.

● Solve Problems on the Fly: Diagnose installation issues, handle minor repairs, and keep jobs moving smoothly.

● Verify Material & Logistics: Measure jobs accurately, place material orders, and ensure what arrives on-site is exactly what the crew needs.

● Be Hands-On: This is an active, field-based leadership role. You will be on the roofs inspecting quality, not sitting behind a desk typing emails.

Minimum Job Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on construction or residential roofing experience (both full installs and precision repairs).
Leadership: 2+ years of construction management or crew leadership experience is highly preferred.
License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record. (An active Roofing License is a major plus).
Location: Ability to reliably commute to our main facility located at 4853 SE PP Hwy, Holt, MO 64048.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak season to keep projects on track.
Background: Ability to pass a standard pre-employment background check.
Smartphone Mandate: Must own a reliable personal smartphone with an active data plan capable of running company communication apps and photo-upload applications.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour (dependent entirely on your actual field experience).
Paid Weekly: Steady, reliable income every single week.
