Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

We are hiring a Vermont-licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through a fully virtual care model. This role is designed for clinicians who want to focus on structured therapy sessions, clear treatment goals, and consistent follow-up with adult clients—without the interruptions of in-person practice.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
  • Document clinical encounters in an electronic system
  • Review progress and update care plans as needed
  • Follow Vermont LICSW standards and telehealth guidelines
  • Active Vermont LICSW license
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Clinical experience providing mental health therapy
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • 2 weeks paid time off
