ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a high energy and results-oriented Apprentice who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company. As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field, gaining valuable skills and knowledge to advance your career.
Apprentice
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Rotate throughout departments to gain knowledge for future focus and growth.
- Shadow departments and key personnel on a variety of skillsets to gain hand-on experience.
- Assist skilled professionals in daily tasks and projects.
- Learn and apply industry-specific techniques and best practices.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops.
- Document work performed and report progress to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Use of basic hand tools, power tools and precision measuring equipment
- Assist with apprenticeship recruitment efforts including but not limited to school visits, open houses, invitationals, and pre-apprenticeships.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:Â
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment related to manufacturing is a plus.
