Job Description

Our Assemblers will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products in our manufacturing site. Key responsibilities include using our HSE guidelines and policies to test products for conformance, safety and quality control. You will also be expected to read blueprints and diagrams, and support inventory accuracy.

This role involves using a wide range of skills such as using hand and electric tools, operating machinery and computers, reading wiring diagrams and also inspecting components used for assembly.

  • Build any and all parts and assemblies for electro/pneumatic transducers and other related controls’ products
  • Read application of engineering prints, work instructions sheets, bills of materials, tooling cards and agency approval guidelines
  • Operate equipment, tools and other related assembly fixtures
  • Repair faulty production and customer return items
  • Report operating difficulties to the immediate supervisor
  • Computer entry, as necessary
  • Generate appropriate product documentation and labels.

Qualifications

  • Assembly experience strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing/shop experience strongly desired
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to spend ample times on one’s feet for working purposes
