Duties/Responsibilities

- Entering and processing customer orders into order entry system
- Reconcile daily Banquet checks to insure accurate billing
- Creating and updating quotes
- Creating and tracking transfer orders
- Proofreading all documents for accuracy
- Communicate and collaborate with hotel partners, clients, and team members in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management
- Assist with customer meetings as needed
- Maintain positive relationships with all hotel and ITA staff

Qualifications & Experience

Â
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Any knowledge of sound/video/lighting equipment, staging, or theater production would be helpful in this position, but not required.
