Job DetailsJob Location: Flow Motors of Winston-Salem - Winston Salem, NC 27127​Flow Subaru of Winston Salem is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Junior Service Advisor / Service Assistant to join our automotive service team. This is an entry level position designed to provide hands-on training and development with the goal of growing into a Service Advisor role. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, extremely customer-focused, and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. A valid driver's license is required for this position. In this role, you will help support the service drive by assisting our advisors, technicians, and service manager while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll gain valuable experience and learn the ins and outs of the service department. Compensation is commensurate with experience.  Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Scan repair orders from our service department and body shop into dealership systems Greet customers in the service lane and assist with their immediate needs Introduce customers with appointments to service advisors and help coordinate alternate transportation when needed Support advisors, management, and service staff with additional tasks and projects as needed  Requirements: Must be available to work a 40 hour a week schedule that falls between Monday through Saturday ​Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, and enter/exit vehicles throughout the day ​Team oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Ability to safely move and operate customer and dealership vehicles  We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time.
