Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a BES Intern to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC.

BES Intern Role Overview

Join our team as a BES Intern, supporting warehouse process optimization, map layout designs, and maintain process documentation. Collaborate closely with warehouse staff and leadership to identify improvement opportunities and align with operational standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assist with documenting process layouts at Winston-Salem warehouse.
Shadow warehouse associates to understand work content, task sequence, and pain points.
Meet regularly with warehouse manager to align on objectives and priorities for layout and process improvements.
Draft and maintain the warehouse layout in Visio or similar tools.
Ensure all process and layout documents are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards.

Required Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma a plus.
Visio or Dynamic Process Mapping a plus.
Effective communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn and self motivated.
Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.
Experience in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

$16-$21 an hour.
Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
