Duties include but may not be limited to: Greeting customers and obtains customers authorization Assisting with vehicle check-in Knowledge of collision repair Scheduling customers for estimates Answering the telephone, taking messages as needed Communicating daily with estimators to ensure they have returned customers calls in a timely manner Other duties as needed We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other technical training, as needed.
