What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll work with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Client Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up communication
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Professional Development
Participate in structured virtual training and coaching
Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
Collaborate with a supportive remote team
