We are hiring for a hands-on entry-level Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team at our Winston-Salem office. This role is critical to delivering high-quality installations at customer sites while working alongside experienced Lead Technicians. What You’ll Do

As an Installer, you will support the successful execution of installation projects by:

  • Installing and configuring company systems and components at customer sites
  • Supporting system performance and ensuring proper functionality
  • Working closely with Lead Technicians to execute project plans
  • Following installation standards to maintain quality and consistency
  • Troubleshooting issues and assisting with technical problem resolution
  • Maintaining accurate installation documentation and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols on every job site
  • Managing tools, materials, and equipment at project locations

  • Deliver installations on time and meet project deadlines
  • Maintain high-quality standards with minimal rework
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in the field
  • Continuously build technical skills through training and hands-on experience

 

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
  • Experience in installation, field service, or a related trade preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with tools and installation equipment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
