Job DetailsJob Location: Flow Companies - Winston Salem, NC 27101 Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Administration Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (20xx), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services across 50+ locations Manage virtualization platforms, including VM provisioning, lifecycle management, and capacity planning Maintain on-premises and cloud storage solutions, backup infrastructure, and disaster recovery procedures in alignment with BC/DR policies Administer cloud productivity suites (i.e. Google Workspaces, M365, etc.) Support hybrid identity and device management Assist in administration of vulnerability/patch match management Inventory and asset management Network & Connectivity Assist with management of LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points across dealership locations Support VPN infrastructure and certificate-based device trust policies Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent NPM/IPAM solutions Coordinate with ISPs and network vendors on circuit provisioning, outages, and escalations Security & Compliance Enforce endpoint security standards including EDR deployment, patch compliance, and vulnerability remediation Support SSO/MFA integration for dealership applications and other DMS platforms Assist in maintaining compliance with GLBA/FTC Safeguards Rule requirements for IT infrastructure and access controls Participate in incident response activities and follow documented security playbooks Conduct routine access reviews and enforce least-privilege principles Service Desk & Support Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation support for the internal IT service desk, resolving complex infrastructure and endpoint issues Administer ITSM platform (Freshservice, Zoho or equivalent) including asset records, CMDB entries, and change management tasks Image, deploy, and lifecycle manage workstations, laptops, and dealer-specific hardware across locations Document procedures, runbooks, and configurations in the IT knowledge base Project & Operational Support Assist with technology deployment projects including new dealership onboarding, location upgrades, and infrastructure refresh cycles Support NOC/SOC monitoring infrastructure including display systems, alert correlation, and escalation workflows Contribute to the ongoing buildout of internal IT maturity, CMDB accuracy, and operational documentation Required 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in a system or infrastructure administration role Strong proficiency with Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Services) Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V) Working knowledge of cloud productivity administration (Google Workspaces/M365) Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts (VLANs, routing, firewall rules, VPN) Experience with backup and DR technologies (Veeam, Azure Backup, or equivalent) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-availability, multi-site environment Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document clearly Exposure to A.I. (agentic/generative) and A.I. productivity assistants Preferred Familiarity with EDR/MDR and NGFW security platforms Experience with COTS SSO or similar identity providers (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management) Exposure to IaaS/PaaS services and DevOps code repositories Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ITSM platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, ManageEngine) Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
