What You’ll Do (Your Role as a Landscaper)
As a Landscaper / Groundskeeper, you are the heartbeat of our outdoor operations. You’ll work with a high-energy crew to keep Winston-Salem looking its best.
- Mow, edge, and blow like a pro to maintain beautiful properties.
- Prune plants and trees and install mulch or seasonal flowers.
- Operate high-quality landscaping equipment and keep tools organized.
- Work outdoors with a great team of fellow Landscape Crew Members.
What You Bring To The Team
- Experience: 1–3 years in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus!
- License: You must have a valid driver’s license.
- Work Ethic: You enjoy physical work and don't mind the North Carolina weather.
- Reliability: You’re a "Friendly Neighbor" who shows up ready to help the team.
