The purpose of this role is to set up and operate Stator and Rotor production equipment with specifications according to company/customer requirements within the limitation of accepted practices.


Pre-Assembly Technician 3rd Shift

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
  • Monitor the functions of all equipment and report any problems or substandard conditions to the Line lead or supervisor.
  • Reading and understanding blueprints and Pre-assembling products from those blueprints.
  • Keep inventory of parts and tools used in the assembling process.
  • Assembling various types of Stators and Rotors per work order.
  • Use precision measurement equipment
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack.  
  • Adhering to all PPE and ESD protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area (6s)
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand on concrete for entirety of shift
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop and walk the production floor
  • Ability to pick up and move products
  • Heavy lifting (10lbs to 40lbs)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as requested
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
