Join us in making a positive impact on our residents' lives!   Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.   QualificationsEducation and Licensure:  Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.    ASHA (CCC) Certification    Active state license required.    Clinical Experience:  Prior experience working as a Speech Therapist.  Experience in geriatric care, addressing functional limitations, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs.
