Reroofing / Service Representative - Commercial Roofing Sales

We are seeking a motivated Reroofing / Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying roofing needs, and delivering solutions that provide long-term value. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive in developing new business, and comfortable working both in the field and with clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients to understand their commercial roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and professionalism
  • Generate new opportunities through consistent prospecting and relationship development
  • Conduct roof inspections, surveys, and condition assessments
  • Prepare and present repair, maintenance, and reroofing proposals
  • Promote the value of preventative maintenance and service agreements
  • Manage opportunities through the CRM, documenting calls, meetings, and project updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and approved before delivery
  • Perform post-project follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with commercial roofing systems, installations, and repairs
  • Ability to perform roof inspections, take measurements, and document conditions with photos and roof maps
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and taking roof core samples
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
