What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections
- Identify storm, age-related, and insurance-related roofing issues
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Build relationships and establish trust with customers
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to project completion
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Compensation - We reward performance.
First 30 Days: Structured onboarding with performance-based milestone incentives and commissions.
After 30 Days — Choose Your Path:
- Growth Plan: Weekly performance pay + commission
- Producer Plan: 100% commission + higher earning potential
Experienced producers who build their own pipeline and consistently close business have the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful sales experience
- Be willing to climb roofs for inspections
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
