What you will do
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics.
- Create memorable store experiences through building genuine team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.
- Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Build customer loyalty to brand and store by delivering best-in-class service and offering tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.
- Leverage selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience by confidently speaking to available inventory, assortment, and product features and benefits.
- Utilize brand guides and training materials to drive increased selling opportunities by building knowledge of product assortment, using advanced selling techniques, and making styling suggestions. Encourage repeat client interactions as a knowledgeable and trusted resource.
- Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Ensure presentations align with visual merchandising directives and brand standards.
- Execute successful promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance, advance business for assigned brand, and contribute to overall department and store success.
- Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
- Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas by accurately and efficiently executing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, adhering to safety guidelines and security protocols.
