Youth Care Worker

Now Hiring: Youth Care Worker – Winston-Salem, NC

$15+/hour based on education & experience | Full-time | Split (10a-10p) shift available 

Are you passionate about helping youth build brighter futures? Join Methodist Home for Children as a Youth Care Worker at our Assessment Center in Winston-Salem. You’ll be a mentor, role model, and daily support for youth ages 10–17 as they work toward positive change.

What You'll Do:

• Support and guide youth during their stay

• Lead engaging activities and life skills programming

• Implement individualized service plans

• Create a safe, positive, and respectful environment

• Demonstrate strong ethics, compassion, and professionalism

What We Offer:

• Starting pay of $15/hour (more with experience/education)

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid NC driver's license

• Pass background checks and drug screening
