RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate therapy sessions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Average 7 patients per day (2 intake, 5 follow up)
- Community Health Center setting
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- NC licensure
- Preference for LCAS certification
- CPR/BLS certification
