An established Pan-African real estate and development group is seeking an experienced South African Quantity Surveyor with strong Project Management experience to oversee the development of luxury eco-lodges in Kenya for a 2 year contract.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with hands-on project leadership while working on a high-profile hospitality project in one of Africa's most breathtaking destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Quantity Surveying functions from project inception to completion
  • Cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
  • Project management and coordination of contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Monitoring project schedules, quality standards, and financial performance
  • Site visits and stakeholder management
  • Risk management and reporting to senior leadership



Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Hospitality, lodge, resort, or large-scale property development experience highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Kenya
