Job DetailsJob Location: MR - Winter Garden - Winter Garden, FL 34787Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Office - DaysThe PEMB Estimator/Designer is a key member of the PEMB team, ensuring successful execution of all estimates, designs and drawings for customers review and solid financial outcomes. Working hand and hand with the sales team and the operations team. This is a hybrid position that works with all of the other departments. Interpersonal skills, problem solving combined with effective communication are essential elements of this position. - Input information into MBS Software - Take information from MBS Software and input to Estimate Summary Excel Spread Sheet - Be able to provide preliminary drawings and reactions from MBS to Customer - Create CAD drawings for Signature of PE - Create Material List for Purchasing to order material from - Facilitate the flow of information to deliver all projects on time and within budget - Maintain accurate reporting and management of all key deliverables - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and superior customer service - Create and ensure a culture of “Zero Harm” as a top priority - Participate in training as required on new processes, systems and techniques - Review and understand project documentation including building plans, designs, and specifications - Minimize project risks using appropriate procedures and tools. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. - Organize, manage, and allocate resources to ensure that project remains on schedule and within budget. - Measure and evaluate project performance. - Cultivate positive working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Qualifications- 5 years of industry experience in MBS Software - Create CAD drawings from MBS Software - Strong skills in math and visualization - Transfer MBS information to Excel Estimate Summary Sheet - Understand PEMB and the proper installation methods needed - College education preferred but not required depending on Experience - Must demonstrate a strong ability to: Carry oneself as a leader and self-starter Multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently Share a positive attitude and good work ethic Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
