We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing Real Estate Investments team. In this role, you’ll underwrite new acquisitions and developments, support financing and equity placement, and drive deal execution from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of commercial real estate, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Underwriting & Financial Analysis

  • Underwrite potential acquisitions and development deals across multiple asset classes.

  • Build and maintain complex Excel models, including return analyses and sensitivity testing.

  • Deliver accurate models within 1–2 business days per deal.

  • Research market assumptions (rents, expenses, cap rates, etc.) and justify investment recommendations.

Investment Memos & Presentations

  • Draft clear, data-driven Investment Committee (IC) memos summarizing key deal insights and risks.

  • Prepare financing and equity decks for lenders and investors with accurate metrics and visual clarity.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Deal Execution & Due Diligence

  • Manage due diligence checklists and coordinate across internal departments.

  • Identify and communicate major deal risks during underwriting and execution.

  • Support closings by preparing documentation, verifying financials, and ensuring timelines are met.

Market Research & Pipeline Support

  • Conduct market and property research using CoStar, RCA, GreenStreet, and other data sources.

  • Track deal metrics and maintain a well-organized investment pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics required; Master’s in Real Estate (MSRE) preferred.

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in commercial real estate underwriting, acquisitions, or capital markets.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and experience with CoStar, Argus, Salesforce, RCA, or GreenStreet.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
