Position Summary
Tucker Paving is looking for experienced End Dump Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating end dump trucks in a construction environment and transporting materials safely and efficiently to support daily project operations.
Responsibilities
Safely operate an end dump truck on construction sites and public roadways.
Transport materials such as dirt, rock, asphalt, and other construction materials.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and field crews.
Assist with general job site needs as required.
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Valid CDL license required.
Minimum 2 years of dump truck experience preferred.
Clean driving record required.
Experience working in a construction environment preferred.
Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a team.

Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to climb in and out of equipment and trucks safely.
Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and job site tasks.
May require working outdoors for extended periods.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described below represent the conditions an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this position.
Primarily works on construction sites and roadways.
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and changing job site conditions.
Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Typical working hours are 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40–50 hours per week), with occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
