Responsibilities
- Â
- Tracks inventory accuracy by completing internal audits and cycle counts and reports out to Leadership, including potential root causes of variances.Â
- Identify, quarantine, and report damaged, expired or supplier recalled/withdrawn product to assure it is accurately captured and removed from inventory.Â
- Ensure pick availability by responding to and finding a solution for any issue with a location error, product attributes, or location attributes.Â
- Maintain warehouse slot integrity, including slotting new or seasonal items.Â
- Effectively profile and slot SKU’s based on sales forecasts, velocities as well as product dimensions.Â
- Provides oversight of multiple programs such as: Claims, Disposals, Donations, Replenishment, Cycle Counts, and Inventory Adjustments, and assist in developing any related policies and procedures.Â
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, troubleshoot root cause and work with the Operations Team for a feasible solution. Â
- Identify process improvements throughout the Distribution Center that will increase inventory accuracy while balancing productivity.Â
- Works cross-functionally with the Restaurant Services team, Supply Planning team, and Centralized Transportation team.Â
- Provides front-line support for WMS, including issue resolution, system change or workaround communications, and low-level configuration needs.Â
- Acts as WMS liaison between DC and ETS by recording feedback and formulating requirements for future enhancements and acting as POC for work stoppages and contingency. Â
- Perform special assignments as requested.Â

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
- High School degree or equivalentÂ
- 2Â years of warehouse experienceÂ
- Deep understanding of all operational flows in the warehouseÂ
- Thorough knowledge of systemic documentation and configurationÂ
- Certifications: N/AÂ Â
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking):Â to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.Â

- 3+ years of warehouse experienceÂ
- Experience in inventory control, claims management, or similar job function is a plusÂ
