Job DetailsJob Location: Spring Haven LLC - WINTER HAVEN, FL 33881Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 HourlySenior Maintenance Technician Location: Spring Haven, Winter Haven, FL Pay: $19 - $23 per hour (based on experience and abilities) About the Role Spring Haven is seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team serving a large senior living community (over 300,000 sq. ft., 299 units). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, HVAC certified, and passionate about providing exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (mini-splits, traditional split systems, PTACs, package units) Conduct soldering, plumbing, and basic electrical work Install and maintain PTACs and package units Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally Ensure the safety, security, and functionality of building systems Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure resident satisfaction Complete routine inspections and document all maintenance activities QualificationsRequirements HVAC Certification required Proven experience with mini-splits, split systems, soldering, PTAC and package unit installation Plumbing and electrical skills required Experience in large senior living communities (300,000+ sq. ft. and/or 200+ units) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, dependable, and passionate about serving the senior population Ability to communicate with compassion and professionalism Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to work with a supportive and caring team Make a positive impact in a large, reputable senior living community How to Apply If you are dependable, skilled, and driven to make a difference for our senior residents, we encourage you to apply today!
