As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst CD, you’ll develop and lead a team of behavior technicians and clinical supervisors, influence the direction of the center, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored high quality ABA therapy.Â

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $113,000Â
Annual Salary: $90,000-$95,000Â
Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)Â

Clinical quality and outcomes across all client programs in the center to ensure quality and effective servicesÂ
Oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and program implementationÂ
Final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submissionÂ
Clinical performance and operational metrics and ongoing program improvementÂ
Staff development, training, and supervision standards as well as RBT mentorship and assistance with RBT growth through the career path.Â
