Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager (Multi-Family) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from inception to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and

team members.

Qualifications:.

Proven experience in commercial roofing project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to commercial roofing projects.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Location:

Full time on site in our Winter Park office. Occasional travel to job sites or meetings with clients as needed.

Pay:

80k-100k base, plus bonus
