Key Responsibilities

As an Esthetician/Medical Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our mission, blending clinical expertise with front office efficiency to deliver outstanding patient experiences. Your role will include:

Clinical Duties (Based on Credentials):

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic services

• Perform essential clinical tasks such as taking patient vitals, conducting EKGs, and performing phlebotomy with precision and care.

• Administer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SQ) injections

• Document patient progress in charts and/or EMR systems with accuracy.

• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked according to company and state regulations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and satisfaction

• Assist with promoting memberships, packages, retail products, and monthly specials

• Take on additional clinical responsibilities as needed to ensure top-tier patient care.

Administrative Duties:

• Deliver exceptional patient service by greeting patients warmly and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

• Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patient progress and provide empathetic support.

• Support clinic operations by monitoring inventory levels for clinical and office supplies.

• Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized records.

• Train colleagues on daily procedures as directed by the office manager or physician.

• Contribute to clinic marketing initiatives to drive profitability and promote our mission.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Assistant who brings:

• Certification:

  • Preferred but not required: Valid Medical Assistant certification

  • Preferred but not required: Active Esthetician License in the state of Florida

• Front Office Expertise: Proven experience in front office duties, including knowledge of insurance and verification of benefits (VOB).

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in microneedling, EKG, phlebotomy, and clinical documentation.

• Exercise/Nutrition Knowledge: Prior training or experience in exercise and nutrition is a plus, but not required.

• Interpersonal Excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.

Clinic Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday,Thursday- 11AM-7PM

• Tuesday & Friday- 6:30AM-1PM
